Initiate Your Return
Log into your Alpinestars account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and generate a return authorization.
Pack Your Gear
Securely place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all protective armor and hangtags are included to qualify for a full refund.
Attach Shipping Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided in your return portal and affix it to the outside of your package, covering any previous shipping marks.
Drop Off and Track
Deliver your package to the nearest authorized carrier location; you will receive a confirmation email once our warehouse team has processed your return.
